Meet Savannah

All Pre-K to 12th grade ministries are facilitated by Savannah Ackerman, the Director of Family Discipleship Ministries at St. Patrick. To contact Savannah email Savannah.Ackerman@archbalt.org or call/text 443-819-0172 during business hours.

Savannah previously worked as the Director of Children and Family Ministries for 3.5 years at a parish in Ellicott City, MD. She has a double Bachelors in Theology and Catechetics (the study of God and how to teach it) from Franciscan University. She grew up in Harford County and is excited to be back! She has a passion for music, many nerdy things, Jesus, and human rights.

She has 2 children under 3 and her most notable professional accolade to date is the Rehumanizing: A Vision to Secure Human Rights for All book launch where she headlined alongside actor Martin Sheen. Her human rights work has also been featured on the podcasts Rehumanize International and Pop Culture Catechism and her original song won the 2022 Create-Encounter art contest.
