Calendar for Preparation

Registration for 2022 to 2023

 

We are excited to be working with you and your child in preparing for the beautiful sacraments of First Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist.

As a parent, you are your child’s primary religious educator. Your child watches what you do, learns about what you value, and looks to you for guidance. 

​

As teachers and Catechists, it is our responsibility to assist you in preparing your child to encounter Christ and learn about God’s great love for them in receiving these sacraments.

     First Reconciliation and First Communion

Communion is a Sacrament of Initiation in the Church. The Eucharist is our nourishment and strength for our daily lives.

 

Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist is for children in 2nd grade an older who have been in two consecutive years of Faith Formation either in Catholic private school, Faith Formation, or a homeschool setting.

We will be using Saint Mary’s Press, Go and Seek.
